Hi readers - thanks so much for stopping by. We have an awesome Blog Hop today - Make sure you sign up to receive my blog posts via email so you don't miss out. Click here to do it now.

Welcome to our International Blog Hop. Im married to a successful Stampin' Up! demonstrator from Australia - Kylie Bertucci. The group of demonstrators from around the world that are participating in this blog hop have gathered together to give you ideas and inspiration using the latest Stampin' Up!® products that are available to purchase right now(*).

You may just be starting the blog hop here at my blog or may have come from the person previous to me in the list. If you get off track at any time, the full lineup below will help you move along from blog to blog so you see all the projects.

My wife and I live in Australia. If you are from anywhere in Australia, we would love to assist you with purchasing Stampin' Up!® product or receiving catalogues. If not, we have friends worldwide we can recommend to you.

(*) I have used one product that is not available to purchase ..... yet! You are going to LOVE it!!!

My Card

Here is the card I made for this Blog Hop.

There are a few products that I have used for the first time on this card;

  • Layering Ovals - these are a MUST HAVE item. They are perfect for use if you are into using layers.

  • Irresistibly Yours Specialty Designer Series Paper - this is AWESOME! You can colour this however you wish (if you wish). I used Aqua Painters and just quickly splashed some colour across.

I white embossed on Emerald Envy. I love how the sentiment really pops. EE is such a RICH colour.

The rope trim is quite deep. To hide it, I mounted on an additional sheet of Basic Grey. And, there are two layers of foam adhesive strips and three layers of dimensionals. So, it might be classified as a parcel when posted in Australia. hahahahah!!!!!!

Colour Combination

Its funny where colour combos start for me. These are not the first colours that I envisaged using - are you the same. The only colour that remained is Dapper Denim. And, then, after a few variations, I ended up with these colours. Looking at them again, I really like them!!

Limited Time Only

For the sentiment, I used one of the stamps from the limited time only Thoughtful Branches Bundle. Do you have it yet? If not, click below and buy it now. This is something that you do not want to miss out on.

I mentioned at the outset that I used a BRAND NEW product. I can't wait for you to get your hands on it.

It is KRAFT ROPE TRIM and will be available for sale on September 1, 2016. It is in the brand new Stampin' Up! Holiday Catalogue. Have you registered to receive one?
