We have some incredible projects to show you today. What we are MOST excited about is having the talented Amy Koenders from the US hopping along with us.

Inspiration

So, not only are we hopping with Amy, but the theme for the hop is 'Case-ing Amy Koenders.'

This is the card I am Case-ing;

I wanted to case the TECHNIQUE Amy used. If you read the blog post, she describes how she created it. So that's what I did, but using a different bundle and here is the card I ended up with;

I started by stamping the jar image from the Vintage Leaves stamp set in VersaMark on a piece of Very Vanilla card stock. I clear embossed this image.

I cut the jar out of scrap paper with the matching Everyday Jars framelit, and used this as a mask. I temporarily stuck this down and used the sponge daubers to apply colour. I covered the whole jar with Soft Sky and then to add depth, I sponged Crumb Cake. I really like this effect!

Do you like the sentiment? Before i tell you about the set I used - after I stamped it, I then cut it out using a framelit from the Cupcake Cutouts set. To date, I've never noticed this particular banner framelit. The coolest thing about it is that it is PRE-SCORED so you can create dimension.

Now, the stamp ....... I stamped it using a BRAND NEW stamp set called WINDOW SHOPPING. Here it is;

  7. Hi Bruno, love your card and use of signature burlap. Now thanks also for clarifying the banner too. I actually thought it was for threading ribbon through. Which I've done with it. Ha ha. Now I know it's correct use.😂😂😂😂
