Hi readers - thanks so much for stopping by. We have an awesome Blog Hop today - Make sure you sign up to receive my blog posts via email so you don't miss out. Click here to do it now.
We have some incredible projects to show you today. What we are MOST excited about is having the talented Val Moody from the UK hopping along with us.
This is the card I am Case-ing;
Funny story - Val actually cased it from Shelli Gardener. Here is the card i ended up with;
The coloured background was made by placing the white cardstock directly into the stamp pad. I used two colours - Bermuda Bay and (my least favourite colour) Peekaboo Peach. I actually really like the two colours together and i like the effect that they are slightly offset from one another.
I stamped the Empire State building in Versamark and white embossed the image. I then mounted onto the Bermuda Bay DSP from the Brights stack.
I then white-embossed onto a small piece of Peekaboo Peach, cut a small banner and mounted using dimensionals.
Finally, on the inside of the card, i used some Washi tape in each of the two colours.
Thanks for the inspiration Val (and Shelli).
Once again, thanks so much for stopping by. Make sure you hop around all of the blogs to see all of the awesome projects. Thanks so much for hopping with us Val.
Last month our valued customers receive some awesome freebies and a handmade thank-you card from Kylie and me. Why? They simply entered the Host Code. It really is that easy!
