Project Life | 2016 European Incentive Trip
11:48:00 PMToday's post doesn't revolve around a blog hop or a challenge or any special event. I have been (slowly) working on an album which documents our 2016 Stampin' Up! European Incentive Trip. While we were on the trip, we saw some AMAZING places. And, we took (literally) thousands of photos.
So, here is a heads-up - there are ALOT of photos in this post. And, if you have tried taking photos of Project Life layouts, you know that its difficult to get the lighting right and to avoid glare. So, apologies in advance for some bad photographs.
I used the 'Good Vibes' and the 'All Year Long' card collections mostly. I used a few of the other kits as well and I have included a link to my store for the products used at the bottom.
First of all, I have included some overall layouts. Then I will show some detail photos.
This opening pages use three different sized pages. I love the variety packs!
This was one of the most amazing buildings Ive ever been in.
You might remember a video I made of this layout. If you have a spare 47 minutes, I have embedded a link at the bottom of this post.
I was hoping that the photos would show the coloured light that was washing across the ceiling. I was so happy to see it clear and bright in the photos.
Sorry - this is one of the bad photos.
Our visit to Capri was amazing! And, the photos are almost as vibrant as real life. Can you notice one of the photos in the wrong spot? I only discovered it after Id taken the photo, edited and watermarked the photo.
Now I've got a series of detail photos.
I printed these photos using my Selphy printer. If you have one, you will note that the size is slightly (but noticeably) smaller than 4x6. So, i trimmed them smaller and mounted them on a sheet of cardstock which matches the PL cards.
The 'All Year Long' PL kit matched PERFECTLY with most of the places visited in Barcelona.
The accessory kit is such a nice accompaniment. The clips are perfect for keeping tickets etc.
LOVE the sticker letters.
I love the effect of spanning photos across pockets. It really creates visual interest.
I fixed the wrong position of the photo.
And, finally ....... thats it for today! I will continue the album and share some more layouts with you in due course. I hope you liked the layouts as much as I liked making them and sharing them with you.
Here is the video I was talking about earlier.

Bruno your Project Life Album is AMAZING - you really captured the essence of how much you and Kylie had a blast in Europe. I love how you have taken smaller photos and made them into one large photo over the whole page - stunning!! Awesome work, can't wait to see more :)
ReplyDeleteHi Bruno your photos are amazing but I was just wondering if you will be going back and adding more journalling as there doesn't seem to be much information/explanation about all the beautiful places you visited.
