Weather Together | Stamp Review Crew
11:00:00 AMThanks so much for stopping by today. Today, I'm having a part in the blog hop with the Stamp Review Crew once again. This is a group of stamping enthusiasts - each blog hop features ONE STAMP SET, thus showing how versatile that particular set it. Maybe you have arrived here from Valerie Moodys blog?
Today, the hop revolves around the Weather Together stamp set - Ive shown a picture of this in its bundle.
Here is the card I ended up with today;
(Apologies for the photos - I ran out of daylight).
I made this card for another friend of ours, also going through a rough time at the moment. This set is perfect for that, particularly the sentiment I chose.
I stamped the background - I am a really fan of the repeating of stamps. I then had the idea of highlighting one of the umbrellas - I tried a few other ways but chose this as the best result.
Im not sure if you can see it, but this is my first use of Wink of Stella. The framelit kit is a perfect accompaniment to the stamp set - its available as a bundle, so why not get it now?
I know you are looking forward to seeing what the rest of the Stamp Review Crew will come up with. Click on the NEXT image below to go forward to Sue Plotes project. If you need to go back, click here.

ReplyDeleteI love the border you have created on the umbrellas, Bruno! The "pop" of color against the grey truly make these cards stand out!
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful card!! It is sure to brighten someone's day. I love that pop of diagonal strip behind all of the other layers, it is the perfect accent :)
ReplyDeleteLoving the use of the same stamp as a background in the same color as the cardstock. It really makes the colored umbrella pop.
