In the previous post, it was described that we flew to St. George, Utah and then it was a 2 hour bus ride to Kanab. Click here for a reminder of the itinerary.

Here is the double page spread (Pages 32 and 33) - and, as the photos show - the scenery was just rugged and beautiful. And, yes - we drove through the desert.

This is a sheet of Designer Series Paper from the 'Then and Now' set.

Embellishments
The 'Our Adventure' embellishment is from the 'Be Brave' Designer Kit.

Punches
The blue panel across the page is a square punch that has been resized. The colour is not a Stampin' Up! colour, but has been colour sampled from the photo on the adjacent page.

Background
I used a photo from my collection as a background on this page. This photo had been cropped an edited prior to inserting into MDS.

Stamps
I inserted a Chevron from the Chevron Designer Kit, coloured the stamp Whisper White and adjusted the opacity

Punches
As on the previous page, I inserted a square punch and resized. I painted Whisper White and adjusted the opacity.


And, that is it! This was a simple, yet effective layout.
