Stamping Sunday Blog Hop | Lovely Friends Bundle

6:00:00 PM

Hi Readers - I hope this post finds you well. Im having a share in a new blog hop today and Im excited to share the projects with you.

All of the participants are using one bundle to show its versatility. And, this week, the bundle is 'Lovely Friends.' Until June 1, this bundle is available only for purchase to demonstrators.

Here is a picture I took of the display board at the recent OnStage Event where this new set was released.

And, here is the stamp set up close;

I made two projects using this stamp and here they are;

PROJECT 1

There are two SUPER large sentiments and some smaller sentiments and patterns. There are also some two-step stamping in this kit. I used one of them and stamped both times using one of the new in-colours called Lemon Lime Twist. Its probably supposed to be a flower, though I thought that it looks more like a pom-pom or a party decoration.

The sentiment is stamped with Tranquil Tide (also, one of the new InColours). I them stamped some of the 'pom poms' and punched them out and mounted using dimensionals for some depth and interest.

I them mounted this on a piece of Lemon Lime Twist and then again on Tranquil Tide.

PROJECT 2
Here is the second card I made;

I used two of the smaller stamps in the kit - the 'LOVE' stamp and one of the branches. I stamped using Early Espresso on Very Vanilla base. I then mounted a piece of Early Espresso and then over the top of this, I used a sheet from the Wood Textures DSP Stack.

I used Foam Adhesive strips to mount the two layers together.

FULL DISCLOSURE - I used the jewel embellishment to cover a mis-stamp (can you see it?). This card is as simple as it gets. But, I love the look of it and Im looking forward to replicating this with a number of sentiments and papers.

  1. The super large sentiment is stunning Bruno but I truly love how delicate the smaller love sentiment is and used with the wood grain DSP ...Sublime. The misstep must have been planned from higher up, as this is the perfect finishing touch!

  2. Love your take on the Lovely Friends stamp set Bruno! All the small layers on the first card make it so lively and vibrant. Then the contrast of the second card -- all calm and sophisticated. Thanks for showing us a great range. And thank you for joining in with us today!
