Crazy Crafters Blog Hop with Lea Denton

Hi, readers - thanks so much for stopping by. We have an awesome Blog Hop today - Make sure you sign up to receive my blog posts via email so you don't miss out. Click here to do it now.
We have some incredible projects to show you today. What we are MOST excited about is having the talented Lea Denton from UK hopping along with us.
And, here is the card I ended up with;
Inspiration comes from all around us. The inspiration from the background comes from ..... K-Mart. Again! LOL!!!! Its not a very good photo, but it will do.
I would NEVER have put these colours together - but these are my FAVE towels (and they were only $10). So, every time I have a shower, I think to myself 'Im going to make a card using those colours). So, I did!
As you will see, I used two of the new 2017-2019 InColours. These colours are HOT! And, when you look around, they are EVERYWHERE! My drill is Lemon Lime Twist!!!!
For the triangles, I used the smallest square in the Layering Squares framelit kit and just cut the square along the diagonal. I then simply cut glued the triangles to the card base.
Do you like the sentiment? Its from a new set called Pieces and Patterns. This is a part of an AWESOME bundle which you are going to LOVE!!! Here is a photo of the display board from OnStage.
See how neat the stamp set is? With the sentiment, I stamped in Basic Black and used the markers to colour in. I then mounted on a basic grey banner.
And, THATS IT!!!
Inspiration
So, not only are we hopping with Lea, but the theme for the hop is 'Case-ing Lea Denton.' This is the card I am Case-ing;Inspiration comes from all around us. The inspiration from the background comes from ..... K-Mart. Again! LOL!!!! Its not a very good photo, but it will do.
